Polaris has signed an agreement to acquire CONTRACTOR Consulting, a Munich-based IT freelancer staffing agency, with the intention of integrating CONTRACTOR into 7N Group, which is already owned by Polaris. The 7N Group consists of 7N and Globeteam, together forming a leading Northern European provider of premium IT consulting, staffing, and digital solutions.

The acquisition marks an important step in 7N Group’s strategic expansion, establishing a presence in Germany, Europe’s largest IT services market, and strengthening the Group’s position as the preferred partner for organizations seeking access to senior IT specialists and high-end expertise.
