VIKINGBUS acquires Anchersen-Fladså

On 27 April, VIKINGBUS Group A/S entered into an agreement to acquire Anchersen-Fladså ApS, a Danish operator in the bus transport sector.

The acquisition is part of Vikingbus’ strategy to grow the Coach division, and will add approx. 50 buses including both coaches and minibuses

Poul Anchersen, owner and CEO of Anchersen-Fladså, states:
“Selling my business to VIKINGBUS is the perfect match for our company. Both for our customers and for the many skilled employees and especially drivers who will join a company with the same values in terms of service level and employment conditions.”

Daily operations will continue unchanged for customers and partners, and existing activities will be carried on as an integrated part of the VIKINGBUS Group.

The acquisition will not result in any changes to customer agreements or ongoing transport assignments.
