We are pleased to announce that Polaris Private Equity through Fayes Investeringar 1 AB (“Fayes”) today has entered into share purchase agreements with major shareholders in Awardit AB (publ) to become the owner of approx. 92.5 per cent of the shares and votes in the company. As a result, Fayes intends to initiate compulsory redemption proceedings under the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551) (Sw. aktiebolagslagen (2005:551) to acquire all remaining shares in Awardit and promote a delisting of Awardit’s shares from NGM Nordic SME.
