7N and Globeteam become Darize

From today, 7N and Globeteam operate under a single name, Darize, and the Group sets out its strategic ambitions. In Germany, Contractor Consulting adopts the Darize identity from mid-November 2026.

The Group was formed in 2025 through the merger of 7N and Globeteam and the acquisition of Germany-based Contractor Consulting. It has more than 2,500 engaged consultants across 24 countries, supported by a network of over 8,000 vetted professionals, and serves clients in financial services, life science, public sector, defense, energy, logistics, manufacturing, and technology. Pro forma revenue for 2025 was DKK 2,314 million (EUR 310 million).

Darize’s ambition is to establish a leading European position in business-critical technology transformations. The strategy focuses on strengthening delivery responsibility, expanding expertise in AI and hybrid security, and building scale in the markets where clients operate. The Group expects continued revenue growth and accelerated earnings as this strategic shift takes effect.

The company’s strategy is built around strengthening its position in Denmark, expanding solutions and hybrid security offerings in Poland, Norway, and Germany, and growing its AI capabilities from AI-accelerated engineering towards AI-led business transformations. Darize will also scale Vaern, its dedicated hybrid security business, serving organizations that need resilience across digital, operational, organizational, and physical domains.

Darize brings together advisory and solution services, expert consulting, and hybrid security capabilities under a single brand. For clients and consultants, day-to-day collaboration remains unchanged, and all agreements continue on the same terms.

Darize is a Nordic-rooted, pan-European technology and hybrid security consultancy formed by combining 7N, Globeteam, and Contractor Consulting. The Group is headquartered in Copenhagen and is majority-owned by Polaris.
