Akademikliniken takes the next step in the company’s Nordic growth strategy by acquiring a majority stake in the Danish company Nygart Privathospital A/S (“Nygart”). Nygart’s other shareholders, primarily consisting of the company’s founders and other key employees, will remain significant shareholders alongside Akademikliniken.
