Polaris invested in Hamlet Protein in 2007 and has succesfully developed the company into a global leading provider of advanced soy-based specialty feed ingredients.

Today, Polaris signed a deal regarding the sale of Polaris II shares in Hamlet Protein A/S to a consortium consisting of Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking and Altor Equity Partners.
