Simon Damkjær Wille joined Polaris in 2010. Prior to joining Polaris, Simon was with A.P. Moller – Maersk from 2006-2010. As Assistant Manager at Maersk Tankers from 2008 to 2010 and from 2006 to 2008 part of the Maersk Management trainee program.
