Johan Pernvi joined Polaris in December 2019. He was previously employed as Investment Professional with Triton Partners (2015-2019), as Director with H.I.G. Capital (2013-2015), as Senior Investment Manager with Ratos (2006-2013) and as Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Co. (2003-2006). Furthermore, he has been Non Executive Director for various companies including Logstor, SKF Motion Technologies (now Ewellix), Ovako Group, Diab, Mobile Climate Control and Jøtul AS.
