We leverage our more than 25 years of experience as investors in the Nordic mid-sized companies through several investment strategies that share the same Focus, Objective and Approach. The investment strategies are complementary and allow us to match the needs of a large range of companies in a large range of situations. Polaris Private Equity is our initial investment strategy which is focused on investing in majority equity ownership positions in Nordic mid-sized companies since 1998.

Polaris Flexible Capital is an investment strategy which focusses on investments within the junior tiers of the capital structure and minority equity positions.

Polaris Public Equity
Polaris Public Equity is a Nordic focused, collaborative engagement strategy, which invests in listed companies with a private equity approach when it comes to analysis and ownership.

With the ‘Polaris Excellence Model’, we put our vast experience and expertise working with Nordic mid-sized companies into practice. The objective of our Excellence Model is to support company development by providing management teams with guidance and support on how to tackle key development areas practically and efficiently.
