We are pleased to announce that Polaris has entered into an agreement to divest the Danish division of Alliance+ to SERWIZ. The divestment marks the end of Polaris’ ownership of Alliance+, having divested Alliance+’s Norwegian division to Toma Gruppen in July.

“We are very satisfied to hand Alliance+ over to SERWIZ, who is a strong and long-term buyer with high ambitions for the future development of Alliance+. Alliance+ has an attractive market position and can achieve its full potential under the ownership of SERWIZ,” says Henrik Bonnerup, Partner at Polaris.

Transaction is expected to close during H2-2022.
