We are pleased to announce that Polaris has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in the ergonomic pointing devices pioneer, Contour Design (“Contour”), which will be the first investment in Polaris’ fund V.

Contour was founded in 1995 and has since provided premium ergonomic mouse and keyboard solutions that eliminate harmful movements and help form safer working habits. In the space of ergonomic pointing devices, Contour’s main product category is centered pointing devices, where Contour is the market leader.

The transaction is subject to certain conditions being fulfilled.
