Polaris acquires four private coach operators

Polaris has signed the Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) to acquire Larsenbus ApS, Egons A/S, Papuga Bus A/S and Papuga A/S.
The four companies are all today Danish coach operators and will, as part of the transaction, be merged to one group under the joint brand “Vikingbus”.
Vikingbus will become one of Denmarks leading coach operators with adjacent services in Public Transport Authority (“PTA”) and Minibuses.
The transaction is conditional upon approval by the relevant authorities.
