Polaris Invests in SSG

We are pleased to announce that Polaris together with management has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in SSG.
SSG was established in 1993 and is a leading Nordic damage control service provider with 900 employees and more than 50 centers across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
SSG will be the ninth investment in Polaris’ fund IV.
The transaction is conditional upon approval by the relevant authorities.
