We are pleased to announce that Polaris has entered into an agreement with Falck to acquire 100% of its shares in Falck Safety Services Holding A/S (“FSS”) as well as all other safety activities within Falck.

FSS is the world’s leading provider of safety trainings for the offshore, wind and maritime industries. The company currently operates 33 trainings centers located in 20 countries and is today by far the largest within its industry. FSS’ customer base is well diverse and consists of International/National oil companies, platform operators, and cruise companies among others.

The investment is the seventh in Polaris’ fund IV.
