Polaris’ mandatory offer for all the shares in Mols-Linien A/S expired on September 21st 2015. After expiry, Polaris had received acceptances from shareholders representing 383,948 shares equivalent to 2.71% of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in Mols-Linien A/S.

Polaris now own 11,176,947 shares in Mols-Linien A/S equivalent to 80.1% of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the company (excluding Mols-linien’s treasury shares).
