Polaris Flexible Capital (PFC I) is delighted to announce that we have provided acquisition financing to support Tour Partner Group, a leading European Destination Management Company, in its acquisition of Vision of Scandinavia, a well-established peer headquartered in Denmark. The deal marks PFC’s sixth investment, raising the fund’s deployment to more than 60%.
