Polaris divests its holding, equivalent to 75 percent of all shares, in Skånska Byggvaror to Byggmax, the listed home improvement discounter chain.
Polaris invested in Skånska Byggvaror in 2012 and has worked actively with the company’s omni-channel strategy, including the establishment of six physical stores, as well as expanding the product range.
