Polaris invested in A-TEX in 2012 and has succesfully developed the company into a leading global provider of brand identity products, including labels, hang-tags, packaging solutions and in-store decorations.

Today, Polaris signed a deal regarding the sale of Polaris III shares in A-TEX A/S to Partners Group-backed Trimco, together with the existing management teams.
